《LA LA LAND》珠玉在前，相比之下本片就顯得黯淡了許多，主要就是差在愛樂的故事太能牽動人心，尤其是它對愛情與夢想的關聯和探討，而相比之下巨星裏的愛情就平和了太多，敘事也比較寫意，核心不夠明確，男主的角色魅力反而大於gaga扮演的明星，而且鱉露的不是很必要，秀下好身材？不過庫伯的節奏掌控倒是挺好的，且從頒獎季走勢來看，LadyGaga無疑已是本世紀目前為止轉型最成功的明星。
